P.L.T

                 Pupil Leadership Team 2017-18

Welcome to the Flanderwell Primary Pupil Leadership Team (P.L.T) pages. Here you can find out who represents the children at our school and about the latest projects that the team are working on.  The leadership team is designed to give our pupils a voice. Elections for the current team took place in October this year and were supported by staff from the council electoral services team. Councillors Read and Hoddinott came into school to announce the outcome of the vote and to carry out a question and answer session in the school hall – see the P.L.T Gallery  for further news.

The P.L.T meets either weekly or fortnightly and members are elected from year groups 1 to 6. We have a Chair and a Vice Chair and minutes are taken from each meeting. All pupils, during class P.L.T sessions are given the chance to share their opinions and make suggestions as to how to improve our school. Ideas are brought to each P.L.T meeting and put forward for action.

This term we are planning on surveying the children in the school to find out what improvements around the school they would like to make.
